I started getting into fitness at 18 years old but, not in the best way. I grew up watching my Mom struggle with her own body image, terrified of gaining weight, and have a negative relationship with food. 

I didn't know it at the time, but I was adopting her behaviors by limiting my food to 3 small meals a day with zero carbs, doing cardio 7x a week, and searching for the FASTEST way to see results.

After years of yo-yo dieting, binging on the weekends, and doing endless amounts of cardio, I still didn’t have the body of my dreams. I was stuck feeling frustrated losing and regaining the same 10-15lbs and my relationship with food was even worse than when I started the fad diets. 

I finally realized extreme cardio and restriction was unrealistic and I was desperate to find an approach that would help me reach my goals for GOOD! 

That's when I discovered flexible dieting and macro tracking and needless to say, it completely changed my life. 

I went from fearing carbs to enjoying carbs and desserts everyday WHILE LOSING WEIGHT AT THE SAME TIME! 

...MY LIFE CHANGED.

I now have been able to build my dream body, gain back my confidence, and enjoy life again!
